This time is tea time (or coffee time of course)!
Dresden is known for being the capital of the "Kaffeesachsen" as we call them in German (Coffee Saxons in English). This beautiful expression describes people who love taking a coffee in the afternoon, mostly together with a nice piece of cake, for instance the typical Dresden one: Eierschecke. To the beach! To Thailand or to the Caribbean Islands!
